• Photos you upload — temporarily processed for search, then permanently deleted within 1 hour
• Names you search — used only to perform the search query
• Device information — browser type, screen size, language preference (via Firebase Analytics)
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, search count (anonymous, aggregated)

2. How We Use Your Data

• To perform people searches using publicly available data
• To improve our service and user experience
• To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits

3. Photo Privacy

Your uploaded photos are:

• Encrypted during transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Processed in memory only — never stored permanently
• Automatically deleted from temporary storage within 1 hour
• Never shared with third parties for advertising purposes

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, security
• Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage analytics
• Meta Pixel — advertising measurement (anonymous)

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for:

• Rate limiting (to prevent abuse)
• Language preferences
• Analytics (Firebase, Meta Pixel)

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of any data we hold about you
• Opt out of analytics tracking
• Access information about what data we've collected

• Photos: deleted within 1 hour of upload
• Search queries: not logged
• Analytics: retained for 14 months (Firebase default)
• Rate limit data: 24 hours
