By using People Search ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

People Search allows you to search for publicly available information about individuals using their photo or name. Results are aggregated from public sources including social media platforms, news articles, and public records.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

Stalking, harassment, or intimidation
Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics
Any illegal activity or law enforcement purposes without proper authorization
Commercial use without our written permission
Automated scraping or bulk searches

4. Accuracy

Search results are provided "as is" from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Results may include incorrect matches. Always verify information independently.

5. Payment & Refunds

Free searches are limited to 3 per day per device
Paid plans unlock additional searches as described on the pricing page
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no searches have been performed

6. Rate Limits

To prevent abuse, we enforce rate limits of 10 searches per day per IP address. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary access restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. Search results may be subject to third-party copyrights and terms of use.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Removal Requests

If you appear in search results and wish to be removed, contact us at [email protected]. We will process removal requests within 48 hours.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
